By submitting your email address to join the Canery waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

Canery is a pre-launch product. The waitlist allows you to register your interest in early access to Canery's product platform. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, create a contract of service, or constitute a purchase of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Canery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
